Does Tommy Lee Jones know that his photo is all over Japan, promoting some type of beverage called "Boss?" (not him holding a can...just a close-up of his face)
I haven't seen even one bug, of any kind, since landing in Japan.
I have, however, seen two different vending machines selling women's underwear.
That whole idea that we have in America about the Japanese eating a lot of stir-fry veggies is totally a fraud.
I wasn't sure if it was more disconcerting or comforting to find a bottle of diarrhea medication in my conference welcome bag.
I am giving my first international professional presentation today...and I'm doing so on four hours of sleep. Wish me luck. :)
